Looks like DL Hugley's show is going away. I won't miss it:
First on TVNewser: Insiders tell us CNN’s “D.L. Hughley Breaks the News” will end its run at the end of the month, and we’re told the decision was Hughleys.
and
From CNN: “D.L. approached CNN about being permanently based in Los Angeles, where his family lives. To accommodate this, we agreed upon a new role where he will be a contributor for the network based in Los Angeles. We are eager to continue our relationship with D.L., who is a tremendous talent and a valued colleague.”
I tried to watch D.L.'s show, I really did. I just couldn't get past the first 5 minutes. I don't know what I expected when all the hype was going on before the show started and I was looking forward to seeing it. As much as I usually enjoyed D.L., but Breaks the News was disappointing from the get go.
I am watching Breaks the News right now. I guess I should have stuck it out through the first five minutes to watch the actual interviews. Actually pretty darn good.

It had potential, but in order for DL to "Break the News", he had to be serious. Actually the Steele interview was not that bad - oh well...
