Good grief!
I've looked at everything and if I had to make a bet....he was born in Kenya and arrived in the US a week later. Does it matter. Legally as the chief law enforcement officer of the U.S. it matters. But our government on so many levels has broken both the letter and spirit of the Bill of Rights that this seems but a small bending of a technical rule by comparison.
But technicalities get used against people every day......ask Scooter Libby....the guy who leaks the information never gets indicted and Scooter gets convicted.
