I am speculating that no speculation means that word is already out and I'm the only one who has not heard...
I certainly have no idea--and no basis for speculating. Do you know what the numbers 2(C) 1 and (3) and (11) mean"?
Is Rachael Parker up for county board tomorrow or in April--the appointment to public office might be her seat on the board.
Perhaps the McArdle suit?

I think there is a pending lawsuit involving a security guard that predates the other two litigations on the table.
Ignorance of bad employee behavior is not a defense.
Is anyone else just sick of hearing about McArdle's "dead in the water" lawsuit? Can we focus on some issues that actually pertain to education?
Rachael Parker won her primary in April, & has no opponent tomorrow. So she will win her County Board Seat. But she will have to resign from the D150 School Board before she is sworn in for the County Board.

This really isn't so much the "McArdle Case" as it is the "Mary Davis stole more than $20,000 from the CHILDREN of D150 case". That ain't CHUMP change. Oh, not even close to being dead in the water....whoever is "feeding" you information is LYING. Go figure!
