In provisions allowing a school board to sell property to another school district in the manner provided in the Local Government Property Transfer Act, specifies that another school district includes a charter school. In provisions concerning a petition requesting the sale of school grounds and buildings to another school district, specifies that another school district includes a charter school, and makes conforming changes. Effective immediately.
