I remember during the campaign suffering through another dry, frustrating Chuck Todd interview, when Wall Street Journal columnist and former Reagan speechwriter, Peggy Noonan was caught on tape talking sideways about John McCain's choice of Sarah Palin as his Vice Presidential running mate.
