Do you think POTUS Obama will appoint a Czar of Tetrahydrocannabinol? Will they work with the cigarette manufacturers and have it rolled, put in packages and sold like cigarettes? Will they tax it like cigarettes? Where will it be sold? Do you think we will see government run bong shops opening up throughout the country? Do you think Michael Phelps will be the poster boy?
